The app has been nothing but a disappointment and is riddled with bugs, making it nearly impossible to use any of its features effectively. The overall stability is terrible - the app constantly crashes, freezes, or lags, making it a frustrating experience. I understand that no app is perfect, but the sheer number of issues with this app is unacceptable. It seems like the developers did not put enough effort into testing and debugging it. The problems are so pervasive

The hardware is great, but completely hobbled by this garbage app. Full of grammatical errors, buggy, poorly translated, weird descriptions, inability to select between 24/12hr times, and the ads, SO MANY ADS! I'm bordering on getting rid of the watch purely because of this insufferable app. *Update: I could no longer live with this app and have stopped using the watch as a direct result. *Retried. Still a dumpster fire as of 4/30/24.

HIS WATCH APP IS DYSFUNCTIONAL! Every time I turn my watch off, the app fails to sync with the watch. The watch connects via Bluetooth with the phone seamlessly, but the app fails. When this happens, I uninstall and reinstall the app before it syncs with my phone again. This is a tedious process to engage every time. If the developers of this app aren't ready for business, do us a favour by shutting down this poorly engineered app, and delete it from the play store pls
